Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Custom orders and clearance items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@mspec.com for a return authorization number.
Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?
No, we do not charge restocking fees for standard returns within our 30-day return window. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
