30-Day Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return a car part, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item meets the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

All original labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Electrical and electronic parts must not have been connected or installed.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Note: Returns are not accepted for custom orders, special-order items, or parts that have been modified or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return

We’ll provide a return authorization number and return instructions.

Securely package the item and ship it back to the return address provided.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective part, etc.).

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain returns, depending on the item and its condition.
Exchanges & Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong part or need to exchange for a different item, contact us right away—we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
