Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return a car part, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item meets the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • All original labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Electrical and electronic parts must not have been connected or installed.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Note: Returns are not accepted for custom orders, special-order items, or parts that have been modified or damaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at [insert email or phone number] within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization number and return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and ship it back to the return address provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned part.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective part, etc.).

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain returns, depending on the item and its condition.

Exchanges & Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong part or need to exchange for a different item, contact us right away—we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
